I'm a research fellow at the University of
Nottingham funded by the Leverhulme Trust. My working life is spent trying to
use maths to understand how plants grow, and my home life is spent looking
after my beautiful 2 year old daughter. Here I talk about why I find
mathematical modelling so fascinating and an exciting area to work!
