The first Olive Stevenson memorial lecture, celebrating her life and legacy, was held on Wednesday 12 February 2014. The Memorial Lecture, "Using the Heart and the Head in Social Work: Olvie Stevenson's Legacy for Today and Tomorrow", was given by Emeritus Professor June Thoburn (School of Social Work, University of East Anglia).
