Asking Andy Winter questions as the camera moves closer to his face.

We decided to get up close and personal with the camera and ask some important people at the University of Nottingham about gender equality, imposter syndrome and the inspirational women in their lives.

Andy Winter is Campus Life Director at the University and is responsible for student induction, behaviour, pastoral care, equality and diversity. Andy's pronouns are he/him.

This is part of an interview series inspired by International Women’s Day and a Vanity Fair interview with Ru Paul that used a slow zoom as the questions became more personal.
