We developed a living labs project working with nursing homes in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Working with managers and staff to explore their priorities for research and improvement. Here we present findings about engagement in research and in particular digital care record as a mediator of relationship-based care. The project was funded by Health Education East Midlands and this poster was presented at British Geriatric Society spring conference in Edinburgh 2023.
