Kiri Granger, PhD psychology alumna from Nottingham, talks about how she met her future employer at a conference during the second year of her PhD. From starting with Cambridge Cignition as a scientist, Kiri moved into a leadership role within the clinical science team and took on line management responsibilities. She then progressed to become a senior scientist and after 18 months  became the Director of Neuroscience. Where will your PhD take you?
