Sat Bains is an award winning British Chef best known for his two Michelin Star restaurant in Nottingham called 'Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms'.

Sat has had a long association with The University of Nottingham and in 2012 he was awarded an Honorary Masters of Arts degree.
