In the past year, we have seen a big uptake in teachers developing Xerte learning materials across our programmes. However, many create their own content individually, starting from blank projects despite potential time/expertise benefits of reusing/adapting existing structures. This can lead to duplication of work and content, and less consistency in design. Sharing, gifting and managing reusable Xerte projects can get messy very quickly! This session will describe simple ways we have tried to address these issues by creating a catalogue of reusable projects, an online hub for Xerte users and resources in our organisation, and by encouraging the spirit of openness and collaboration.
